RETURN & REFUNDS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 - 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund in specified time, please check with your bank initially, as some banks may take longer. Otherwise please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. Simply email us a photo or a video of the damaged item to email@example.com.

Incorrect Sizing/Change of Mind
If you are return the item due to incorrect sizing or change of mind, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
